Bringing the conversation about school wellbeing into the room
I speak at conferences, leadership events and school gatherings on what it really takes to maximise staff wellbeing, why most schools are still getting it wrong and how they can make a difference.
My keynotes are evidence-based, practical, honest and sometimes uncomfortable. I draw on more than a decade of research into educator wellbeing, fifteen years leading international schools, and my own experience of burnout.
