Helping educators to flourish
Moving beyond quick fixes towards whole staff wellbeing
I work with school leaders and their teams to change how staff experience their work. If you are reading this, you and your staff are likely exhausted, rates of sickness absence are high, and good people are leaving.
I can help you build an effective approach to wellbeing that addresses the working conditions of staff and leaders, creating a culture of engagement instead of burnout.

When educators thrive, students thrive too
Educator wellbeing is closely linked to job performance. Schools need approaches that go beyond quick fixes and address the everyday conditions that shape whether people can do their best work.
I can help you maximise your own wellbeing, or the wellbeing of colleagues across your school, through evidence-based and practical support.
